1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ph6g" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the operator of the ph6g platform accessible at ph6g.cam, together with its authorized representatives, agents, and licensees.
• "Platform" — refers to the ph6g website (ph6g.cam), all subdomains, mobile interfaces, applications, and all products and services offered therein.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the ph6g registration process.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who registers an Account or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Wallet" — refers to the internal ph6g funds balance associated with a Player's Account, denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
• "Wager" / "Bet" — refers to any stake placed by a Player on any game or event available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" — refers to any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive granted by ph6g to a Player subject to applicable terms.
• "KYC" — refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by applicable law and ph6g's internal compliance policies.
• "AML" — refers to Anti-Money Laundering obligations applicable to the ph6g Platform under Philippine law.
• "Prohibited Player" — refers to any individual who is under 21 years of age, is accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction, or is otherwise excluded from using the Platform under these Terms.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ph6g Platform, registering an Account, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, together with the ph6g Privacy Policy and any specific game, promotion, or product rules published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph6g with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the parties.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, you must not access the Platform on their behalf.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To be eligible to register an Account and use the ph6g Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is imposed by Philippine gaming law and is strictly enforced by ph6g.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons may not register Accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. ph6g reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.
• You must not be a Prohibited Player as defined in Section 1 of these Terms.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not be self-excluded from ph6g or subject to any active cooling-off or exclusion period.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or affiliate of ph6g or any of its game providers or technology partners, in any capacity that could give rise to a conflict of interest in connection with Platform use.

ph6g reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any Account at its sole discretion, including where ph6g has reasonable grounds to believe that an applicant does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in this Section.

4 Account Management

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player may hold only one Account on the ph6g Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities, mobile numbers, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph6g login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. All activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, are your sole responsibility until you notify ph6g of any unauthorized access. ph6g recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account to reduce the risk of unauthorized access.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ph6g may request identity verification documents at any stage of your Account lifecycle, including at registration, upon reaching specified transaction thresholds, or prior to processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable identification documents include, but are not limited to, a PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, or driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure.

4.4 Account Dormancy

An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. ph6g will use reasonable efforts to contact dormant Account holders via their registered mobile number or email before taking any action. Dormant accounts with remaining balances will be handled in accordance with ph6g's internal dormancy policy and applicable Philippine regulations.

4.5 Account Currency

All ph6g Accounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PHP at ph6g's applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction. ph6g is not responsible for currency conversion losses arising from third-party payment processors.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

ph6g accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the ph6g Wallet page at the time of transaction. Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — deposits made from accounts belonging to another individual — are prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the applicable method's availability and limits. ph6g reserves the right to apply additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Standard processing times are as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete within 15 minutes during regular operational hours; bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within one to three business hours. ph6g is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

ph6g reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) the Account is under investigation for breach of these Terms; (c) an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements is applied to the Account balance; or (d) any other reasonable grounds exist to suspend withdrawal processing pending review.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ph6g complies with applicable Philippine Anti-Money Laundering (AML) legislation. ph6g will report suspicious transaction activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Players are prohibited from using the ph6g Platform for any money laundering or financing of illegal activities. ph6g may freeze accounts and report activity to law enforcement without prior notice where legally required to do so.

6 Betting Rules

All Wagers placed on the ph6g Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any specific rules applicable to individual games or game categories:

• Wagers may only be placed using cleared funds in your ph6g Wallet. Wagers may not be placed using credit or borrowed funds.
• Once a Wager has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or modified by the Player.
• ph6g reserves the right to void any Wager where it was placed on an event or game result that was already known at the time of placement, or where there is evidence of technical error, fraud, or manifest pricing error.
• Maximum and minimum Wager limits apply to all games and are displayed within the relevant game interface. ph6g reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• In the event of a technical failure during the resolution of a Wager — such as a live stream disconnection during a live casino round — ph6g will resolve the Wager in accordance with the outcome recorded by the relevant game provider's certified system logs.
• Game results are determined by the relevant game provider's certified Random Number Generator (for RNG-based games) or by physical game outcomes (for live dealer games). ph6g does not interfere with or influence game results.
• ph6g's decision on the settlement of any disputed Wager is final, subject to the complaints procedure set out in these Terms.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

ph6g may offer Bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to these general terms and any specific terms published with the applicable promotion:

• Bonuses are offered at ph6g's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice, subject to any Bonus already credited to a Player's Account.
• Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and game contribution rates will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless expressly stated otherwise. Attempts to claim a promotion multiple times through the same or different Accounts will be treated as Bonus abuse.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• ph6g reserves the right to void any Bonus and associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence that the Bonus was obtained by fraudulent means or in breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses will expire if not used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion. Expired Bonuses and any associated wagering progress will be forfeited.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph6g Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, voiding of all pending and settled Wagers, forfeiture of Account balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities where legally required:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, or Account maintenance.
• Operating, sharing, or using multiple Accounts in contravention of the single account policy.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform, place Wagers, or exploit game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, technical faults, or pricing anomalies on the Platform — whether or not the exploitation was intentional.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in Bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of promotional terms to extract value without genuine recreational intent.
• Making chargeback or payment dispute requests through your bank or payment provider in bad faith.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited without authorization.
• Facilitating the use of the Platform by any Prohibited Player, including persons under 21 years of age.

9 Responsible Gaming

ph6g is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. The Platform includes a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools that are available to all Account holders at no cost, directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts. Once set, deposit limits take immediate effect and cannot be increased without a mandatory waiting period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure notifications to alert them after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may apply a temporary account suspension ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the Player may not log in, deposit, or place Wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request indefinite or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once confirmed, ph6g will take reasonable technical steps to prevent access by the excluded Player.

10 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the ph6g Platform, including but not limited to the ph6g brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, software, content, text, graphics, images, and databases, are owned by or licensed to ph6g. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to the ph6g intellectual property, other than the limited right to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, publish, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the ph6g Platform or its content without the prior written consent of ph6g. Any unauthorized use of ph6g's intellectual property may give rise to legal action.

Game content available on the Platform is the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is licensed to ph6g for display on the Platform. Your use of game content is subject to the terms of the relevant provider's license and does not grant you any ownership interest in the content.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph6g shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity;
• Interruption of service, Platform downtime, or technical failures;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your Account by third parties;
• Errors or inaccuracies in game results or settlement arising from third-party game providers;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including GCash, Maya, or banking institutions.

ph6g's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph6g Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The limitations set out in this Section do not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by ph6g's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or to the extent that such limitations are not permitted by applicable Philippine law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

ph6g collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with the ph6g Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to ph6g's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph6g processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties except as required for the operation of the Platform, for compliance with legal obligations, or with your express prior consent.

13 Termination of Account

13.1 Termination by Player

You may close your ph6g Account at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance from your Wallet. ph6g will not be responsible for Wallet balances remaining in a closed Account where the Player failed to withdraw available funds prior to closure, subject to any applicable dormancy policy.

13.2 Termination by ph6g

ph6g reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the requested timeframe;
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Protection of the integrity and security of the ph6g Platform.

Where ph6g closes an Account for reasons other than Player misconduct or breach of these Terms, any remaining cleared balance in the Player's Wallet will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and ph6g arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, we encourage you to first contact ph6g's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. The ph6g support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via the live chat function accessible from within your Account.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, you agree that any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall limit ph6g's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

15 Amendments to These Terms

ph6g reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, ph6g will use reasonable efforts to notify affected Players via their registered mobile number or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendments taking effect.

The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the ph6g Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.1.
